Dimension Coordinate Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, I've been recording the data for the Dimension Coordinate Drop Rates, especially since a while back I could synthesize 4000+ shards, so I prepared the below report (large quality picture) and, at least from the preliminary results from my own data of 57 chests it does seem that Light and Dark coordinates drop at half or less than half the rate of other coordinates.

However, to get a more accurate understanding I invite everyone who is willing to email me data (minimum 10 chests per person - the more the better). DO NOT send me few chests because those could be lucky or unlucky.

Awesome Boosts from Expert Dimensions

Hey guys, for those who do not have access to Expert Dimensions in Wartune, check out the awesome boosts you get for completing one:

  • +25% Will Crystal effect
  • and +300 to resist reduction
  • +50% to the resistance of the Expert Dimension element
  • and another +750 to that resistance
Just "wow"! and thanks to Matt from s148 for sharing the picture. Also it seems there is no final boss in the Expert Dimension like we had in Intermediate and Advanced, which is a bit weird.

Dimensions Power for Sky Trail

Hey guys, I want to share with you info on the awesome connection between Dimensions and Sky Trail. I was stuck for a long time on Sky Trail Level 3 Stage 5 - a very difficult Dark Boss, hitting me with 250.000 damage, with no hopes of passing it anytime soon.

However, I managed to get my hands on 2 basic and 2 intermediate dimension coordinates, which you might have seen in my Dimensions video series:

And after completing these 4 I managed to get my Dark Resistance up to 624 without having a Hades sylph. Here below you can see my resistances at the time (left) and the power-ups given by the dimensions (right).

Only because of Dimensions I was able to beat that boss (and the one after), because with the higher resistances I was getting less damage, which means I was surviving more to do damage. Like I mentioned, there is no way I would have beaten this boss had it not been for the Dark Dimensions, so my advice to everyone is to save up dimension coordinates the element of the next Sky Trail level that you are unable to pass.

Depending on the difficulty you need at least 5 basics of that same element, but otherwise I'd say a minimum of 3 basics to get those resistances increased and then as the energy costs is down to 10 per step then opening 1-2 intermediate dimensions and if possible, for the 5th one, an advanced dimension. Then you will have a huge surge of resistance allowing you to beat the Sky Trail boss.

Repeating this strategy over time you can pass a lot of Sky Trail levels bringing you also a much better Horns income every day.

Dimensions Strategy and 15 Video Series on Dimensions

Hey guys, I finished 15 days of video recordings for Dimensions in Wartune and it came out to be very nice Video Series, which I hope you guys will enjoy. In these series there are a lot of tips and strategies and fun and the main important thing we learned for dimensions are:
  • Always run fast and fully occupy the dimension - do not pick up any rewards which are "off-the-path".
  • Always try to open dimensions of the same element, which will boost your resistance for that element and make it cheaper for you to walk (can go as low as 10 energy per step).
  • Always do the Basic dimensions of the same element before you start the Intermediate or Advanced, because you can occupy the Basic ones fast which will give you a resistance boost to make it easier to do the harder dimensions.
  • In the later videos you find that there are 2 and even 3 towers per section, which forces you to explore the whole section.
  • Always take the God's Blessing for Energy Boost even if it is 1 step off your path.
  • Occupy the dimension before even exploring for treasures in the "i feel the treasure is here spots", because this costs 50 energy no matter on your resistances, which can be 2 to 5 extra steps.
  • Only go back and start cleaning up dimensions, picking up all treasures, if you have fully occupied maximum dimensions (2 for non-VIP and 5 for VIP) or if you simply were not lucky and didn't find any more dimension coordinates.

Basic Dimension Buffs

These add up to:
  • +50 to resist and another 5% on top for resist
  • and +25 for resist reduction and another 3% on top

Intermediate Dimension Buffs

These add up to:
  • +125 to resist and another 10% on top for resist
  • and +50 for resist reduction and another 5% on top

Advanced Dimension Buffs

These add up to:
  • +225 to resist and another 25% on top for resist
  • and +100 for resist reduction and another 10% on top

Towers to be occupied per level are: 2, 2, 2, 2, 3, 3, 4, 5, 5, 8
Thanks to Johnny L, for this info on Advanced Dimension.

Updates on Dimensional War

(posted by Ashira of the DolyGames Team)

Hey guys,

Sorry that I haven't posted news over the past week, it's Christmas time and like for most people my priority is spending time with my loved ones rather than finishing all of my Circuit Quests (which of course I always do when it's not Christmas time *nose growing*).

One feature of the game I enjoy a lot at the moment is Dimensional War. It gives great rewards to everybody and it cannot be emphasized enough how helpful it can be to make your char strong. As I shared in one of my previous posts, I increased my wind resistance with Dimensional War in order to kill Sky Trail boss V-3, and these buffs still carry on, so my wind resistance is decent for Class Wars finals (which hopefully I can find the time for this time *knocks on wood*). In preparation for Class Wars, I also mentioned that it could be a good idea to use Electro dimensions to take less damage from Hercules/Eve - and while this is not as powerful a strategy as it would have been without sylph troops, I still expect many strong knights (and archers to a lesser extent) to bring an Electro sylph as main sylph.

As you have seen in Cosmos' videos, you can work on several dimensions at once and as long as you have occupied all towers in a dimension, the rewards are better if you just start a new dimension rather than trying to get 100% on the conquered one. In my case, it took me 2 days until I figured this out, which is why the completion rate on my first dimension is 82%, but after that I worked on it very efficiently, and I have now entirely conquered (at the same time) 3 basic dimension, 1 intermediate one, and 1 advanced one. You cannot conquer more than 5 dimensions at once, so until the first of them expires, I try to clear the area in completed maps, mostly trying to kill the guardians, so that I have additional income of dimensional shards.

Clearly, having 5 dimensions conquered is nice and the key to getting there is minimizing step costs and - as often pointed out by Cosmos in the videos - minimizing steps (or, as he calls it, 'maximizing visibility'). The maximum step cost is 50, while the minimum step cost is 10 - in order to have that minimum step cost, you need an elemental resistance of at least 800. This is hard to obtain, even with Level 7 resistance crystals, so the way to do it is to make sure the maps you work on are of the same element (for instance, I did three Wind Maps at the start and managed to reach that minimum step cost on the third day).

The rewards I get (daily!) from these 5 maps I conquered are: Basic Resource Pack x 15, Int. Resource Pack x 10, Adv. Resource Pack x 10, Basic Resource Chest x 3, Int. Resource Chest x 1, Adv. Resource Chest x 1. The packs you get for occupying one level of the dimension, and they are alright, but not too fancy either (basically gold and a some very mediocre rewards). The chests you only get once you conquered the entire dimension - and they're awesome, as they give you daily sylph equipment enchanting material, but also sepulcrum and mahra. And - which is important to have a sustainable income of dimensional maps - there is the chance that you get another map from each of these chests: A Basic Resource Chest has the chance to give you a Basic map or an Intermediate map, an Intermediate Resource Chest has the chance to give you an Intermediate map or an Advanced map, etc. So from the Advanced Resource Chest you have the chance to obtain a free (!) Expert map daily until the map expires, which in my case still takes 28 days!

Okay, so Dimensional War gives you great rewards if you conquer 5 dimensions, this may not come as a surprise. What I find a lot more amazing is the increase in strength that comes along with it: You have a choice in the resistances that you want to improve, at the moment for me these are the wind resistance and the electro resistance, and the improvement is considerable. In my case, my wind resistance is increased by a fixed +400 and each wind resistance crystal has an effect that is increased by 40%. So if I wear five Level 7 wind resistance crystals, which then have wind resistance of 450*1.4 = 630 and equip my Medusa, which has +200 resistance against wind anyway, this brings my total wind resistance to +1230 (as you can see in the picture), which is just insane. Not just insane, also useless, as the decrease damage you take from an element is capped at -90%, which you reach with a resistance of +800! So it makes no difference if you have +800 resistance or +1230, the damage you take from wind sylphs is decreased by 90%. The Dimensional boost I enjoy even more is the resistance reduction boost. Usually my resistance reduction is 555 from my three Level 6 Will Crystals. However, the maps I have conquered give me a fixed resistance reduction increase of +225 and increase the effect of Will Crystals by 24%, bringing my current resistance reduction to +913!

As I don't think many people have completed advanced maps at this point, here is some more information: Every level is a 20 times 20 map and (as the Intermediate map) there is a total of 10 levels. The bosses are not considerably harder to kill than in the lower quality maps (apart from the final boss, for which a BR of around 250k is recommended according to the in-game info). The number of bosses in each level is as follows:
  • Level 1-2 have 2 bosses (2 easy bosses)
  • Level 3-4 have 2 bosses (1 easy boss, 1 intermediate boss)
  • Level 5-6 have 3 bosses (2 easy bosses, 1 intermediate boss)
  • Level 7 has 4 bosses (2 easy bosses, 2 intermediate bosses)
  • Level 8-9 have 5 bosses (3 easy bosses, 2 intermediate bosses)
  • Level 10 has 8 bosses (5 easy bosses, 2 intermediate bosses, and 1 endboss)
Hope that helps you a bit in organizing your own Dimensional War strategy. If you have questions, ask away in the comments!

PS: While Class Wars is always nice to play, my focus in the game is on events that give great rewards, which is just not the case in Class Wars. That is why I did not focus more on Electro maps! Keep this in mind with your wagers this time, resistances can differ a lot more than before with the dimensional buffs, even between top players! So even a considerable BR advantage can be more than offset by a resistance/resistance reduction disadvantage!

Use Dimensional War Buffs To Your Advantage!

(posted by Ashira of the DolyGames Team)

Hey guys,

As some of you know, I was stuck at Level V Stage 3 in Sky Trail and was quite frustrated with it, since I was not close to beating it even after the boost that the Hall of Fame rewards gave me.

However, we have a new strategic piece in handling our challenges in both PVE and PVP now – Dimensional War. The rewards gained from Dimensional War are nice already, but using the right maps there can help you beat bosses that you wouldn’t be able to beat otherwise, as occupying dimensions boosts the relevant resistance.

In my case, I knew I had to increase my Wind resistances, so that the V-3 boss does not hit that hard and I can avoid using defensive skills, such as Shield or Apollo Shield. Therefore, I used a Basic Wind Dimension and an Intermediate Wind Dimension and from occupying all 5 stages in the Basic Dimension and 6 stages in the Intermediate Dimension, these are the boosts I received:

The boost is really substantial! My wind resistance (with an Electro Sylph on) is usually only 250 (-200 base statistics and +90 from each Level 7 Wind Resistance Crystal), now it increased to a decent 387 – so an increase of 54% just from Dimensional War. The resistance reduction effect has also increased, here my usual value is 555 from the three Level 6 Will Crystals, with the Dimensional War boost it is now 626, so a 13% boost. So yeah, the Dimensional War boost helps you deal more damage and take less damage at the same time, which is awesome. With this boost, I was finally able to kill the nasty goblin that is the Sky Trail V-3 boss.

Try to use the Dimensional Maps in a smart way! For PVE, if you are stuck at a level in Sky Trail, use maps of this element in Dimensional War to increase your chance to beat it. For PVP, if you face mostly Electro Sylphs in Class Wars (Knights, Archers), you can boost your Electro Resistance this way, while mages can boost their chances in Class Wars most by using Dark Maps in Dimensional War.

Wartune Patch 3.45 Part One review and Guides.

(Posted by Krishna - DolyGames Contributor)

Hey guys, the test servers just got the new patch today and they have more new features than the description R2Games gave. If the images are too small then please feel free to enlarge it by clicking the image.

Sylph Arena

The rewards are changed which is great but sad at the same time. Sylph Arena was a great income of  Sylph Sepulcrum but now it won't be. You will still get Sylph Sepulcrum but it will be once per week. The good thing is that you will get sylph gear shards which will increase more battle rating than you can with plain Sepulcrums.

Daily Prize:

Weekly Prize:
It seems that the higher ranking rewards are not shown. They might update it once all the other servers get's this patch.

The league is divided into four groups just like League Arena Rankings.
Below 2,000 Points is the Iron Group
Above 2,000 Points is the Silver Group
Above 5,000 Points is the Gold group
Above 10,000 Point is the Diamond Group
The ranking board does resets every 30 minutes so you don't have to wait a whole day just to see your ranking.

Sylph Gear

The most interesting thing this patch has is Sylph Gear. After a week or two people's Sylph battle Rating will soar because of the Sylph Gear. Getting the pieces takes a lot of patience and depends how much you will get from your Sylph Arena ranking.

Requirements:
  • Level 50+ with a Sylph
  • 400 Sylph Equipment Shards per piece.
  • Sylph Quality rare and above. (Blue Sylph)
There are total of 6 Equipment to make which means that you need 2,400 Sylph Equipment Shards to make all 6 Equipment.

Just like our equipment's, the Sylph gear has Enchanting and Refining.

Enchanting:

Enchantment increases base attributes. You receive blessing if the enchantment fails. Enchantment will be raised one level after blessing is full.
To enchant your equipment you need three things:

  • Gold (Not sure exact amount)
  • Magical Moonlight
  • Glint of Magic

Refining:

Any new attribute through refinement must be swapped to take effect. Refinement will consume Golden Holy Water. Locking an attribute to keep it from changing during refinement will consume Balens.

The Cloud Adventures and Space War is one of the Levels of Dimensional War.

Jewel Hunt:

Jewel Hunt has been updated with new rewards in the Lost Treasure of Antiquity Chests. The rewards are great but the sad part is that jewel hunt shards have been removed.

Vulcan Pack:

When we got patch 3.1 the Signet Training was removed and after another update it was back again. Items disappear in new patches and they might come back.

Amethyst Mines:

You know how you are in double time mines and your afraid that you will get attacked by people. No worries after all get servers now. You can't fight in the first level of the Amethyst Mines but you can plunder/fight in the second level. Sadly, the Amethyst Exchange rewards have not been changed or updated.
There are three types of Amethyst Ore:
  • Primary Amethyst Ore: Collect Amethyst x20 each time, each ore can be collected 3 times.
  • Intermediate Amethyst Ore: Collect Amethyst x60 each time, each ore can be collected once.
  • Advanced Amethyst Ore: Fill the mine-cart with a single collection (maximum x100).
The ore will randomly refresh on the map. The second level has more ore.

New Troops:

We were expecting the new level 70 troops and they are sort of here finnaly. When patch 3.45 part two comes, I am defiantly sure we will get these new troops. Click Here for a estimation of how much Daru needed to upgrade the troops by Cosmos.

Itemlock/ Fourth inventory page.

It is finally here! A fourth page of inventory page. This is great news for the players who have to keep thier 100,000+ Soul Crystals in thier Vualt. The Itemlock a great feature for everyone, especially for the ones who are making their gears. One of the biggest problem that happens to a lot of players is accidental selling.

Fourth Inventory page:

To unlock the fourth page of inventory you need to have all three inventory pages unlocked first.
The fourth page of inventory is not a permanent inventory page. You basically have to rent it which is 200 Balens/Bound Balens per month. After the month ends, the items will be sent to mail if you don't pay the rent for the next month.

Itemlock:

  1. Players can set Itemlock to lock equipment, items, Astrals, and Sylphs.
  2. Locked items cannot be sold; locked equipment cannot be disenchanted, refined, or have gems removed; locked Astrals cannot be one-clicked synthesized or fed; Sylph cannot be engulfed or sacrificed,
  3. If you need to perform any of the above operations then you need to click on the lock icon (top right corner), confirm your password and then click on the item to unlock it.

Quick Shop:

Insignia has been overflowing and stacking up for many players. Some players are too lazy to go to arena shop or mines shop but that won't happen anymore.
All of the shops and exchange can be accessed by clicking the profile page for a short cut.

Sylph Essence and Insignia can now be stored in the exchange and shop. By clicking the Insignia/Sylph Essence and then "Use in Bulk" you can store those items in the exchange/shop.

New titles:

Seems like every new big patch we get some new titles and in this patch there are eight new titles!

The "Eternal" titles can be earned from the Dimensional War Event.

Hero Mode on Campaign:

Players can enter activate and enter a Hero Dungeon after clearing and receiving a S assessment of the same dungeon's Normal difficulty. Players can receive an SSS Assessment Reward through in-game mail by clearing the dungeon map with an SSS Assessment.
The rewards are better than the Normal Mode rewards as well as the Map Clearing Bonus rewards. You have three Hero Dungeon Attempts per day and you can buy more attempts for only 20 Balens/Bound-balens. Here are the previews of the map clearing bonus rewards of all maps.

Autaric Plains (Lvl. 1-20)
No Rewards and Hero Mode for this Map

Murken Forest (Lvl. 20-30)

Fetid Swamp (Lvl. 30-40)

Deathly Sands (Lvl. 40-50)

Erandel (Lvl. 50-60)

The Demon Void (Lvl. 60-70)

Immortal Pass (Lvl.70-80)

Dimensional War:

This "Dimesnional War is kind of like underground palace and is a solo event which is really great.
The requirements to do this event are:

  • You have to be level 55+
  • Recommend to have a Sylph.
  • Energy to transport to the Dimension (The higher your resistance, the fewer Energy will be consumed).

When you activate the Dimension by simply doing a question, you will randomly receive a Dimension. I got the Hellish Dimensional that has the Dark Stat which means I need to have a strong Dark resistance. Resistance in this event makes a big difference. and so does your Sylph you are using. Everyday you will receive a reward which will be sent in-game mail.

To walk around the Dimensional you need Energy. This is not the Energy that you use to transport to the Dimension or anywhere in the wilds. I don't know why they named both, the Energy to transport and Energy to walk around the Dimesion the same thing. I hope they change the name once all servers get the path because it confused a lot of players that tried this event for the first time.

Each step consumes around 30 "steps" (let's call it it steps so it wont be confusing). When I started and walked one step, it went from 1,500 to 1571 so it is around 30 to 29 steps.
Just like Underground Palace, steps aren't consumed when you walk on explored areas. The good thing about this event is that the Dimensional saves the explored area for you so you can easily go to the next level in a day or two.

Rare treasures can be searched by consuming Energy (Steps)

If you are in rush to level up and you worried that you won't get all of the rewards from the previous level, then don't worry because you can enter the previous level anytime you want to. There are five levels (sections) in my Dimension and there may or may not be the same levels for the other ones.
Here are some of the items, obstacles, offers, etc I found in level two.

These are some of the best deals so far. I would consider buying the Mire Runestone for that price. It costs more than 160 Balens in Mystery Shop and getting this rune from runestone event is low unless you have lots of runes. To buy a revive attempt you need 30 Balens but over here it is 20 Balens which is 10 Balens off! The sad part of this Merchant Shop is that Bound-Balens are not accepted.

When you fall upon this, you take a very big risk. The thing I hate about underground palace is that you never know when you will die. In this event, you die when you can't kill the obstacles. When you die, you have an option to revive with 30 Balens or use a Gods Redemption. After starting this event for the first time, you automatically have one God's Redemption. If you get an extra one, it saves until you use it which means that it does not reset.

In the treasure draw, it seems like Balens is the most common thing to get from.

After defeating a Dimensional Guardian, you get Basic Coordinate Shards which can be synthesized to get a Basic Coordinate Shard, There are three diffrent types of Coordinate shards which can be found by defeating A Guardian in different levels and diffrent types of Dimensions.

  • Basic Coordinate Shard
  • Intermediate Coordinate Shard
  • Advanced Coordinate Shard

By synthinizing these chest you will get a chance for a greater chest and get a Dimension depending on what you synthesize. The Dimension types can be different but the rewards that you receive in there are greater.
The Dimension Name can be changed when you reach the Dimension progress to 100%. Each Dimension has a certain lifespan, when life is 0, the Dimension will vanish, players can use Dimensional Essence to renew the Dimension's life. Dimensional Essence can be found randomly in the Dimension. Resistance rewards will continue to take effect as long as the Dimension exists.

Some small changes:

Loading screen is changed.

The "Coming Soon Guild Quarry is removed".

There is a new stat called "Shock"

The "Coming Soon" is removed from the Wheel of Fate.

You can no longer view other's profile.

The Ranks page has been modified. The Guild Level has been removed.
The General Battle Rating Shows your and top 100 player's Battle Rating with full blessing while the player Strength shows Battle Rating with no blessing.

There is a new thing in Guild Contribution which probably has to do with Guild BOSS event.

The background for Sylph Arena, Arena and Duel is changed. All of the backgrounds of these are the same.

The background for Necropolis and Catacombs has been changed too.

The background for PVE Battles has been changed.

I hope you guys enjoyed the previews of the new patch. Comment below your opinion on this new patch.
