Lucky Gold Pack Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, here below I have prepared the v1 drop rates for the Lucky Gold Pack based on 319 chests from my account. The Lucky Gold Pack is not an obtainable item in regular Wartune features and is gotten only via Hot Event rewards. It contains from 100k and up to 1 million gold per chest and so it is a very good item to store and use when you need a lot of gold.

But how often do you get 100k and larger gold amounts?

What we see in this version 1 report is that the vast majority of time you will get 100k gold and not the higher amounts, so 66.1% of the time the chests gave 100k gold.

Next, 26.3% of the time they dropped 200k gold, which means if you combine this with the 100k percentage then you have 92.5% of the time only 100k or 200k, so definitely the higher amounts are there more as a carrot at the end of the stick.

The 400k, 500k and 1 million gold

1 million gold was very rare. Just 2 dropped from 319 chests (0.6%). Also quite rare the 500k gold, which dropped only 5 times (1.6%). And lastly the 400k gold had a drop rate of 5.3%.

So what is the real value Lucky Gold Pack gives?

Calculating the value received from the 319 chests. 1 Lucky Gold Pack chest is worth or gives 154,232 gold.

Lucky Gold Pack Item Description

Lastly, if someone wants to send me more data for Lucky Gold Pack or any other chest / box / pack feel free to email me, but please don't send me few numbers - only send me if you got a big bunch :)

Forbidden Treasure Chest I Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, here below you see my drop rate report for the Forbidden Treasure Chest I, where I have been writing the items from my own chests. Same size is not huge at all, I have opened 32 chests so far and we can see there is a large variety of items falling from this chest, which is very nice.

The sample size is not big enough to make any conclusions yet, other than the 300 bound balens are probably rare, so if people want to help with data please email me data (minimum 10 chests per person - the more the better). DO NOT send me few chests because those could be lucky or unlucky.

Dimension Coordinate Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, I've been recording the data for the Dimension Coordinate Drop Rates, especially since a while back I could synthesize 4000+ shards, so I prepared the below report (large quality picture) and, at least from the preliminary results from my own data of 57 chests it does seem that Light and Dark coordinates drop at half or less than half the rate of other coordinates.

However, to get a more accurate understanding I invite everyone who is willing to email me data (minimum 10 chests per person - the more the better). DO NOT send me few chests because those could be lucky or unlucky.

Eternal Longing Pack Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, here I have prepared the report on the drop rates of the Eternal Longing Pack with my and Rainbowdash's data totaling 985 chests / boxes, which is pretty good for getting decent accuracy drop rates (of course the more the merrier).

So what do we see? The Arabian Camel Card, which is the main focus of everyone, is at 0.2% drop rate, which is in line with my expectations (I even expected less since I saw many people opening lots of boxes and didn't get one). The Hades Seal - same rate as the mount. Then we have the Coin of Ancestry with a 2.3% drop rate, which means you get 2 of these in average if you open 100 chests.

Other interesting items are:

  • The 2nd event item is at 30.3% which is roughly 1 in every 3 boxes.
  • The 100 Sepulcrums are very rare with only a 0.5% rate which means that they think that 200 sepulcrums are worth same as 1 mount, which is a bit weird.
  • My personal favorite are the Divinity Soul Chests, which drop at a 10.7% rate and I really needed those.
  • The Sylph Equipment Shards, a.k.a. trash, with 17.7% rate unfortunately.
  • The Divinity Shards, also almost same rate as the mount at 0.3%.

1-5 Gem Pack Drop Rates v3

Hey guys, here I have prepared the report for the 1-5 Gem Pack drop rates version 3, which is made up of 14,531 gem packs of data. As always thanks to everyone who is supporting with the data gathering! Everyone is welcome to email me data on anything in the game - the more the merrier.

Results Review

What we see is that 68.8% of the time we will be getting level 1 gems from these packs and 18.5% of the time level 2 gems. This means that 87.3% of all 1-5 gems packs which we open will be dropping level 1 and level 2 gems, which is basically 9 out of 10. That's a lot more "crappy" gems than i thought.

Next we have the level 3 gems with an 8.8% drop rate, so roughly speaking 1 out of 10, but the more interesting are of course the level 4 and level 5 gems.

These drop with a rate of 2.7% and 1.2%, so this means that if you open 100 of 1-5 gem packs you can expect about 3 level 4 gems and 1 level 5 gem. Auch! That's not too much at all.

What reaction did you have when you saw this data? Is it as you expected or you were expecting a lot more? Click on the picture to enlarge it - it is a high quality image.

Wishing Wall Heaven Horns Drop Rates

Hey guys, after a very long time of collecting the data I am happy to share with you the drop rates of the Wishing Wall / Heaven Horns. This is the 1st version of the report, but it has a very good, 3060 heaven horns, sample size, so I will only make an update release if someone sends me a lot of data.

Wishing Wall Expectations

My expectations when still collecting the data were to see items like will crystal shards as top. I didn't and still don't value the star sand so much, so I didn't expect to have that as a rare item. And items like 3x sepulcrum and 3x mahra I was expecting as the common drops.

Results of the Data from the Heaven Horns

Now that we have the exact data we have some surprises versus the expectation. Let's start from the beginning:

So Sepulcrum and Mahra were indeed the most frequent drops with rates of 26.0% and 23.9%. Together that makes up ~50%, which means that exactly half the time that you open a Heaven Horn you will receive one of these items.

Next up we have the 4x Star Sand and the 2x Celestial Stone with ~13% rates, so roughly speaking 1 in 10. I am always unhappy getting these because the stones are rubbish for me and the sand is just too little to be of any interest.

And here comes the interesting part: the Star Tear Shard and the Will Crystal Shard are NOT the most rare items as expected. Actually the 4x Star Tear Shards seem to have a 12.4% drop rate, a lot higher than I originally though (i thought they would be similar to will crystal shards), while the Will Crystal Shards have a drop rate of 5%, so 1 in 20.

Star Sands x10 and x20 are the most rare drops with 4.5% and 1.4% chance of getting them. Perhaps the x20 I am not so surprised about but the x10 being more rare than the purple items was indeed a surprise.

Counter Attack Kit Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, here I have prepared the drop rate report for the Counter Attack Kits based on 772 boxes of data with special thanks to Venom for sending the data. I have also added the pictures of the relevant items like Divinity Shard, Kit's Supplement and the original Box Info with their descriptions just in case or for future reference.

Counter Attack Kit Drop Rates Conclusions

What we see again is that the monthly event item, in this month (October 2014), the Kit's Supplement, is having a similar drop rate like previous boxes with an around 50% chance.

The gold has been pumped up though up to 17.9% (about 1 in 5 boxes) and the sepulcrums with the whips and a small bunch of soul crystals at around 8.8%-10.5% (so 1 in 10 boxes).

Then we have our bigger prizes:

  • the 500 soul crystals at 0.8% chance (about 1 in 100 boxes)
  • Divinity Shards x 10 with a small 0.4% chance (about 1 in 200 boxes)
  • and last, but not the least, each of the Sylph Seals for Hades and Apollo, with somewhere around 0.1% chance, so 1 in 1000 boxes

Remember chances are chances, which means that some people might open a few boxes and get the top prize while others might open hundreds and not get it.

Please see my report below - it is a large high quality image so you can enlarge it.

1-3 Gem Pack Drop Rates and Gem Types v3 - 50,000 boxes

Hey guys, opening another 20,000 1-3 Gem Packs and also taking the time to write the breakdown per individual gem type and I have prepared the below Version 3 report for everyone. We have ~50,000 gem packs of data so the accuracy is super high for the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 gem drop rates!

Again, thanks to all the people mentioned on the report for sending the data.

1-3 Gem Pack Drop Rates Conclusions

So what we see is that we have 71.8% of the time drops of Level 1 gem from the pack, which means the vast majority of the time, ~7 out of 10 times you will be getting a level 1 gem.

Then we have 18.6% for Level 2 gems, so that's 1 or 2 out of 10 boxes / packs will be a level 2 gem.

And finally we have 9.5% drop rate for a level 3 gem or ~1 out of 10 boxes / packs.

1-3 Gem Pack - Gem Types

When looking at the individual gem types, for level 1 gems, the breakdowns you see fall in the rage of 12.1% to 12.8% so all within a similar range. So no surprises here for Level 1.

For level 2 gems the most dropped was the Block level 2 with a rate of 13.2% while the MDEF and MATK level 2 dropped the least at 11.9%.

And finally for level 3 the highest drop was the Crit gem, with 13.9% drop rate for the level 3. While PATK came lowest with 11.3% chance for a level 3 PATK.

You can click on the picture to enlarge it - it is a big and high quality image and you can put down in the comments what you think about it - did anything surprise you?

Marriage Chests Drop Rates v3 - 820 Chests

Hey guys, here is a version 3 update of the Marriage Chests Drop Rates with special thanks to Luci and DZMage who gathered most of the data. So let's have a look - what do we see?

Chest Info

Please note: These rewards are only from a fully boosted marriage tree. If the tree is not boosted full (with for example insignia) it gives less rewards (for example only 5 runestones instead of 10) and less chests. Fully boosted tree gives 5 chests twice per day.

Items from the Marriage Chests

The most common items by far are the 1-3 Gem Pack and the 10 Runestones with 28.9% and 28.2% chance of dropping respectively, so 1 in every 3 chests roughly speaking. That's actually pretty cool since gems we always need and runestones, even if we can get lots of them, are never enough to max out our runes (especially with advanced runes).

Another very useful drop is the 11.6% chance of getting Fashion Core Shards, which means that in about every 100 chests you can make a Fashion Core!

From there on the chances drop a lot down to about 1% of getting things like the Eternal Heart, 100% Experience Scroll, Crypt Key and the 99 Roses. The 99 roses seem to be more frequent though, at 1.0% in the data versus 0.6%-0.7% of the other two.

So check out below the version 3 report and if you want to support with more data feel free to email me - just don't send 1 box :) send a bunch.

1-3 Gem Pack Drop Rates and Gem Types v2 - 30,000 boxes

Hey guys, I've finally found some time to collect and compile all the data for the 1-3 Gem Packs as well as the breakdown per individual gem type and I have prepared the below report for everyone. We have ~30,000 gem packs of data so the accuracy is super high for the Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 gem drop rates!

Again, thanks to all the people mentioned on the report for sending the data.

1-3 Gem Pack Drop Rates Conclusions

So what we see is that we have 73.9% of the time drops of Level 1 gem from the pack, which means the vast majority of the time, ~7 out of 10 times you will be getting a level 1 gem.

Then we have 17.3% for Level 2 gems, so that's 1 or 2 out of 10 boxes / packs will be a level 2 gem.

And finally we have 8.7% drop rate for a level 3 gem or ~1 out of 10 boxes / packs.

1-3 Gem Pack - Gem Types

When looking at the individual gem types then they are roughly speaking similar in proportions but we do have some strange cases like the PATK level 1 gem was the lowest dropped at 11.9% while MATK was the highest at 13.1%.

For level 2 gems the most dropped was the Block level 2 with a rate of 14.6% while the Charisma level 2 dropped the least at 11.2%.

And finally for level 3 the highest drop was, again, Block gem, with 14.7% drop rate for the level 3. While PATK again came lowest with 11% chance for a level 3 PATK.

You can click on the picture to enlarge it - it is a big and high quality image and you can put down in the comments what you think about it - did anything surprise you?

Old-Fashioned Pack Drop Rates v1

Hey guys, this month we had a nice little box called the Old-Fashioned Pack and from this a bunch of people have been able to get nice items like Fashion Cores / Shards and Full Clothing Sets. So it might be interesting for many people to see what are the drop rates from this chest and for that I have prepared the following report (version 1) - check it out! :)

This time i was able to find another source for the drop rates so I put those below my report and you can see that they both give pretty similar results, except on the clothing pieces i'd say the mine is a bit too much due to lower sample size.

So what do we see from this Old-Fashioned chest?

We have pretty high %s for the 100,000 gold and the Fashion Core Shards and the Old Leather which add up to about 75-80%, which means that the vast majority of time you will be getting one of these items.

Then about 14-17% of the time, which is 1 or 2 from 10 boxes you will be getting either a Fashion Core or a Good Luck Charm which is quite nice I think for non-cashers especially.

And last, but not the least are the various clothing packs, which seem to have 1% each for dropping, making it about 4-5% if you put em all together, which is a pretty good chance, again, especially for non-cashers.

And remember guys, at any time, for any thing, feel free to email me data - if I can use it - I will.

Clothing Chest / Box Contents

Here are the items you get exactly in each of the clothing chests:

Exotic Chest

  • Exotic Star x1
  • Exotic Charm x1

Sunshine Pack Drop Rates v1 - 1125 Boxes

Hey guys, here I prepared a nice report for you for the Sunshine Packs, which drop the Beam of Light monthly item. Thanks to the help of Leighton and Ziva I managed to collect 1125 boxes of data which is awesome!! :)

So let's look at the drops. We got first of all the Beam of Light special monthly item which drops pretty much in half of the boxes. The rate stands at 50.5% and is in line with previous months as well, so no surprises here.

Next up is the 80,000 gold dropping at 14.5% of the time so roughly 1-2 out of 10 boxes will have 80k gold in them. This adds up nicely and the gold can be spent on expensive equipment enchanting or clothing identification or astrals.

Sepulcrums and Mahras drop at a very similar rate of 10.7% and 10.4%, so 1 in 10 boxes will have these. Mount Training Whips at 12.4% are also at a similar drop rate. So these are all "times 2" items which are like fillers. It is not a huge amount to be happy about and not a small amount to be sad about :) just filling up space in the box.

Then we have the 4 big reward items. For these please bear in mind that the sample size is not high enough to have an accurate value, but as you see they all have a very small chance. The highest chance of the 4 are the 1 million gold and the 100 runestones at 0.7% and 0.5% chance, which means 1 in 200 boxes. Then we have the 100 Mahra and the Cloud Sailor Card, which are at 0.2% and 0.1% chance only, which means you need to open technically 500-1000 boxes to get one of these. Of course some people can get it faster or slower, this is just explaining the chances according to the statistics.

So check out the report I prepared for you guys below and you can enlarge it by clicking on it, it is a high quality picture. What do you think? Did something surprise you? Did you get the mount from the free boxes? Did you open 1000 boxes and not get the mount? Put your opinions below in the comments area.

And here the pictures of all the monthly items for this event:

Nocturnal Killer (Weapon)
