Lvl 11 Gem Transposer Pack Gem Event

Hey guys, in case you didn't notice the Gem event came with a little surprise of having the level 11 Gem Transposer Pack as part of the reward for synthesizing level 11 gems (1 per day for reward).

This gives an opportunity for those who can get it to open up multiple level 11 gem synthesis options which can potentially save hundreds of millions of gold. According to the Transposer Formulas I could find during my play in Necropolis, I currently have to synthesize HP gems up to level 8 then pay a lot of gold to convert them to Crit for level 9 and level 10 and then pay another huge amount of gold to convert them to PATK for level 11 (and then pay for conversions to all gem types for me to use). Literally millions of gold are completely wasted in all those conversions.

And this even gives this level 11 Transposer Pack, so everyone who can should get it (1 per day). However, there is another trick or catch - it does not give a gem as a reward as all other levels do, so in effect you are losing a level 11 gem and getting this Transposer pack, but for 1-2 events it is definitely worth it and then we should carefully watch to see what they are going to place for level 11 in future events.

Gem Synth. Jan ‘15

Hey guys, with the new Gem Event up and running, those who have saved up, will now be able to get nice crystals for level 7 and 8 gems and, what I think is even more important, especially for free players or light cashers, the sylph equipment upgrade items for level 9 and level 10 gems.

I synthesized 1 of each after reset and with 1 more today I will have enough to upgrade one of my sylph equipments (but I will wait until the upgrade/enchant event), which is pretty cool because I was not getting much income of those items at all and with this gem event it will be possible to do at least 2 item upgrades, which is basically all you need as there is only 1 attack and 1 defense item.

Remember to be careful and do only 1 time per day as it is not unlimited! So from me a thumbs up for this event :)

Big Events for Dec. 20, 2014

Hey you guys, some really nice unlimited events coming up -- hope you saved up what you could!

So do you think the exchange for 10 whips + 100 soul crystals is worth it for 3 soul seals? I don't think I'm going to go for the exchange yet, but everything else looks very appealing. Those of you that waiting out for an unlimited event with level 9 and 10 gems will make out like bandits here!

Unfortunately, I don't have that big of a gem hoard, since my mount was maxed out on whips before they started giving x2 gems per 5 whips. That said I'm still really excited!

I won't be recording my events tomorrow, since I'll be out of town with friends, but I will record Class Wars Finals and post it some time on Sunday!

Gem Synthesis Event Rewards Adjusted - Outrageously Awesome!

Hey you guys, I think at this point everyone has noticed the awesome rewards from the current Gem Synthesis Event. The DolyGames Team is super happy as well, and we recorded all the crazy synthesis and reward collections!

For every level 5 to 8 gem you make, you get an HP gem of the same level back!

First thing I did after an initial round of gem synthesis was get all level 8 gems into my gear! As of right now I have no plans to make level 9 gems until there is some sort of reward for it. I'll be cutting back cashing since I'm going back to school now and much busier, so I have to hunt for rewards a bit more, even at the cost of temporarily not being able to keep up with the top cross server players!

Here's What I ended up with once I (mostly) finished the event!

86 Level 8 gems and nearly 55k Mount whips!

I could at this point make level 9 gems for all the slots in my gear (and some level 10s), but again, my hoarder mentality is definitely telling me to wait.

March 2014 Gem Synthesize Event

Hey guys, the Gem event of March 2014 is out and the rewards (below) are very nice. We get not only soul crystals but also mount training whips. Of course the problem is that the minimum required Gem is level 5, where I think they are making a mistake an alienating the newer, lower level, players, which is not very nice - I think they should have given appropriate rewards from say level 3 Gems.

Anyhow, the rewards are great and I will be, last the previous time, even using gems from my equipment to make as high level gems as possible and walk around, even for Class Wars, with lowbie level 3-4 Gems. The main problem we will all have, especially those like me who didn't participate in the soul crystal and mount whip events, is having enough bag space for all these soul crystals.

Just for fun, here are the quantities of Gems I managed to gather since the last Gem event. Did you manage to get more? less? Put in the comments what you think about anything (related to Wartune :P)

Making my first (maybe only?) level 7 Gem and end up using level 3s and not only on my weapon :P
